These terms apply when you use eorwise.com and our EOR matching quiz at quiz.eorwise.com. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

EORwise is run by its founders, Araf and Piya, through NAAT DATA & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at team@eorwise.com.

2. What the site and quiz are

The quiz is a free tool that suggests employers of record (EORs) based on your answers, information that providers publish and our own checks. Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax or employment advice. Please check important decisions with your own adviser.

3. Provider information

Provider prices, country coverage, certifications and other details change often. We review them regularly, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or up to date. Each provider is responsible for its own services, and any contract you sign with a provider is between you and that provider.

4. Referral fees

Some providers pay us a referral fee when a client signs with them. We disclose every commission, and our matches are never for sale.

5. Paid services

Our paid services, such as a full EOR selection or onboarding support, are provided under a separate written agreement. Using this website does not create one.

6. Fair use

Please don’t misuse the site or the quiz, for example by copying our provider data at scale, sending automated requests or trying to break or overload them.

7. Our content

The text, design and data on this site belong to EORwise. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Links to other websites

We link to provider websites and other sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the free information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
